 DNS 3
DNS records are a set of parameters which are configured and applied by your Domain Hosting Company. This is either achieved via a dedicated DNS control panel which is supplied by your domain host or is applied manually by themselves on your behalf. There are 3 DNS records which are required to fully utilise our Hosted Exchange platform. If your domain is hosted with us we will configure these settings for you.
 Mobile Devices 4
Our Hosted Exchange allows you to deploy full collaboration services to your mobile phones, including full mail, calendar and contact synchronisation using Microsoft's in-built ActiveSync. Feature include: Mail and folders synced with clients' PCs; Synced calendar, contacts and tasks; Instant push email to clients' mobile devices; Integrates with most Smartphones, with no extra charges Our Hosted Exchange service works with most mobile operating systems including: iPhone, iPad, Windows Phone, Google Android BlackBerry BIS There are no additional charges for your clients to access their Exchange email using one of the smartphones above.
 Outlook Configuration 10
We currently support the configuration and usage of Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013 and Outlook 2011 for Mac. All of these software applications/apps are fully compatible and benefit from all of the features of our Hosted Exchange platform. PLEASE NOTE: You can use Mac Mail to connect to our Exchange mailboxes, however there are limitations on how it works with Exchange 2013.

Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager from Microsoft, available as a part of the Microsoft Office suite. The current version is Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 for Windows and Microsoft Office Outlook 2011 for Mac. Although often used mainly as an email application, it also includes a calendar, task manager, contact manager, note taking, a journal and web browsing. Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2011 for Mac are all fully compatible and supported with our Hosted Exchange platform.
 Public Folders 2
Public folders are designed for shared access and provide an easy and effective way to collect, organise, and share information with other people in your work group or organisation. Public folders help organise content in a deep hierarchy that’s easy to browse. Users will see the full hierarchy in Outlook, which makes it easy for them to browse for the content they’re interested in. The storage level for Exchange 2013 Public Folders is 100MB per user and a overall capacity of 5GB.
